We specialize in the production and sales of rubber sealing products for infrastructure industry and are dedicated to the success of our customers and our employees.Do not miss this opportunity to join an engaging team of people-centric professionals, leaders, problem solvers, entrepreneurs in spirit and status quo-fighters!Job SummaryWe are seeking for a Compression Press Operator to join our team, to focus on the production process of producing various rubber profiles from extruded material using a Compression press process.Principal Responsibilities

  • Monitor and verify quality of profile.
  • Ensure when loading moulds the pre - form is placed in the cavity accurately.
  • Ensure Quality Control inspection sheet for each mould is completed for each crate.
  • Ensure samples are available for the Q.C. Inspector.
  • Pack the extruded profile as instructed
  • Ensure proper coding is accurate and one shot per shift on each mould is inspected.
  • Document and record all required information
  • Perform other duties as required by supervision to meet production requirements.
  • Must be able to meet and maintain company quality and production requirements
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated and results driven
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma is preferred
  • Effective communicator
  • Read write and speak basic English
  • Knowledge of various types of measuring tools related to the gasket manufacturing process is preferred; training available
