  • Manage catering servers and setup teams
  • Oversee catering and dining room food services
  • Schedule team of 15-20 employees weekly
  • Manage daily conference centre floor operations
  • Coordinate setup requests
QualificationsWhat You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar hospitality environment
  • Exceptionally service oriented
  • Well-organized multi-tasker
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly agile and adaptable
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Software skills include Delphi, Social Tables, Microsoft Office
  • Must be a self-starter, able to take initiative, running projects from start through to completion with minimal oversight
  • Post-secondary diploma / degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
