Site SupervisorAs a site supervisor, you are the expert and leader of the crew, the resources, the production, and ultimately, the success of the project. There will be many different tasks from day to day, so we need someone who’s competent, flexible, reliable, positive and willing to learn new skills.Working With Us Our projects are scattered throughout Ontario. Most projects are in the Golden Horseshoe, and more so in and around the GTA. However, a willingness to travel (with a travel allowance of course!) is a big asset.We’re a service-oriented company that takes pride in building lasting, collaborative connections with all stakeholders. Getting it done isn’t good enough; we want to work together to find quality approaches and solutions to all the challenges of this industry.We take health and safety very seriously and we expect all our employees to prioritize a safe work environment. We provide additional training to make sure everyone stays safe. We work hard to maintain our COR designation.We focus on people and process and we seek out challenging, multi-disciplinary projects. The Details This is a full-time position, with a starting hourly rate of $37-$43/hour, based on ability and experience. That’s not all, Supervisors receive an annual bonus based on their projects’ profits and individual performance, complete and flexible benefits after 6 months, a group RSP after 1 year of service, a company truck or allowance, and a company cell phone or allowance.Qualifications

  • Embody the values that our organization is built on and be motivated to contribute to our mission.
  • Experience supervising and leading people and projects.
  • Dedicated to superior health and safety standards.
  • Experience working in most of our fields of construction: utilities, infrastructure, civil works, environmental and landscape construction.
  • Proficient at blueprint reading, takeoffs, survey, and layout.
  • Experienced with using heavy equipment to perform work.
  • Sound knowledge of aggregates, concrete, and asphalt.
  • Experience performing and supervising site servicing.
  • Excellent record of customer service.
  • Strong and varied communication skills.
  • Cultured team building and development skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
