Our strong leadership team of forward-thinking business people and dedicated hard-working employees continually put their focus and attention on the agent and their business.About the Role:The Content Marketing Manager, is responsible for planning, developing and executing the overall company content strategy to generate engagement and interest in our brand. This person is a natural storyteller who can express their ideas with clarity; is an idea generator who understands what it takes to build creative, impactful and effective content. In collaboration with the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Content Marketing Manager will define key audience personas and develop a content strategy that resonates with these audiences and supports our business objectives. This role is not a manager of people.What Youll be Doing :

  • In collaboration with the Director of Marketing & Communications, set the strategy for content storytelling that will engage various audiences across a range of channels including social media, search, web, email, print, etc.
  • Develop and manage a content execution plan from inception through to post-campaign analysis.
  • Develop and manage content that is timely, relevant, engaging and entices action.
  • Ensure all storytelling content is consistent and aligns with the brand, objectives and budget.
  • Collaborate with internal and external execution partners to ensure successful deployment is meeting the delivery dates.
  • Establish objectives and measurement plans in order to track the performance of content campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment and proactively identify and propose new ideas for performance improvement.
  • Leverage campaign results to continually improve campaign structure, targeting, and messaging to drive further traffic and conversions.
  • Collect and analyze trends, market intelligence and competitor research.
  • Create content marketing templates to support brand engagement and maximize reach.
  • Create SEO content for use on our website and social media properties
  • Coach and mentor team members with content marketing best practices and provide guidance with content-related projects.
  • Occasional work on weekends or after hours, i.e., event participation.
  • Assistance when needed with the other RealServus brands
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.
What You Need:
  • Knowledge of the B2B & B2C sales funnels, the various lead stages, tactics for educating and delighting, and how to align campaign strategies with customer journeys.
  • 5+ years experience in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape
  • Exceptional copywriting and communications skills
  • Experience in creative services preferred.
  • Knowledge of CASL and PIPEDA and how to apply to marketing campaign tactics.
  • Knowledge of Ontario real estate industry preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience using marketing technology for demand generation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HTML and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to interact with internal and external parties in a professional manner as a representative of the brand.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to project management effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Able to adjust to changing priorities with a positive and constructive attitude.
  • Work effectively as an individual contributor and as a team member to achieve shared objectives.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient management of time and priorities for overall company success.
