Reporting into Senior Manager – Digital Content:You’ll work closely with cross-functional project teams including Channel Partners, User Experience (UX), Product Owners, Marketing, Brand and other internal stakeholders to develop content plans to support both internal and external facing digital properties.You thrive in a collaborative setting, can juggle multiple projects with detailed project plans, and are passionate about the customer journey.What you will do…Understand the project vision, assess requirements of the project to develop the scope/timelines, milestones and the specific deliverables to effectively and efficiently ensure all projects are executed on brand and on timeDevelop content plans, playbook slides, and effective work back schedules to support both the Frontline and Consumers by ensuring the successful execution of all programsActively participate in content and communications efforts in post-launch war-room scenarios. Incorporate each channels' unique needs, while maintaining one version of the truthDevelop strong working relationships with channel primes, marketing and legal partners, and product and pricing teams, etc.Understand the role of content as part of the Frontline Agent experience and the different stages of a digital customer journey to leverage for effective engagementSupport the Digital team in driving online sales/conversion, support online self-serve target and digital adoption as well as build relevant audience pools for remarketing activitiesEnsure consistent content experiences across external and internal facing digital propertiesIncorporate best-in-class and innovative content types (video, images, infographics, interactive content, etc.) to support the Frontline, build visitor engagement externally and drive other content effectiveness KPIsManage multiple program projects simultaneously, participate in cross-functional sessions with Channel Partners, and Program Owners as well as internal partners — Content Specialist, Producer and Content Coordinators to identify and capture all communication impacts of new products, services, and programs and determine schedule and delivery vehiclesWork with Content Operations to perform regular content audits and validation with Channel partners and Program OwnersConduct regular channel (CARE, Tech Support, Retail etc.) visits to further develop and maintain business expertise and gather insights of various channel priorities to lend to best practices initiativesWhat you will bring…Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline3+ years of experience in Communications, Program Management or equivalentAbility to plan, set priorities, resolve problems and conflicts in a constantly changing environment.Strong negotiation and influencing skills, ability to skillfully re-negotiate timelines or create MVP (minimum viable product) solutions.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, along with excellent communication abilities to ensure that complex ideas can be presented in a simple and effective mannerAbility to work both independently and in a group environment; with the skill to multi-task and work within tight deadlinesAccustomed to an extremely fast-paced environment, requiring juggling of immediate priority responses, while working through long term strategic planningTelecom industry background is a preferredHere’s what you can expect in return:A competitive salary and benefits that include access to our Employee Share Accumulation Program, Retirement Benefits and a variety of other perks including 50% off Rogers services and Blue Jays ticketsA manager who deeply cares about your development and long-term career at RogersA team that trusts and wants to win togetherSmart and accomplished colleagues who are focused on both the “what” and the “how”Flexibility to work from home even after the pandemic endsYour choice of hardware and software (iPhone or Android/Mac or PC etc.)As we grow our team, the well-being of our team members remains our top priority.
