If you are a highly driven individual looking to grow your career in B2B copywriting and digital marketing, APPLY TODAY to join our team!Role OverviewWe are looking for a forward-thinking, creative Copywriter who delivers insight-based persuasive short-form copy. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional who loves a challenge and loves to work collaboratively. ResponsibilitiesDeliver conversion-oriented copy for digital including social, online ads, emails, txts and landing pages. Have over 3 of years of copywriting experience. Create and manage all consumer-facing and branded written content that is compliant, on-brand and true to brand voice strategy.Generate ideas for content based on data, customer insights, brand strategy, and industry trends. Have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with people at all levels. Are detail-oriented and consistent while producing high-quality purposeful content. Have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, and flow. Write clear, persuasive, original copy; this includes (but is not limited to) creating short-from copy across all digital platforms including social media, email, ads, website, and landing pages. Work well as part of a team, with a range of people, but also are action-oriented as an individual. Streamline copy across all channels to ensure one singular brand voice. This includes but is not limited to short-from copy across all digital platforms including social media, emails, ads, websites, and landing pages. Craft engaging copy that inspires, informs and drives action in both short-form digital formats and some traditional formats. Understand brand voice and can elevate and evolve copy. Able to articulate a vision, strategy or idea clearly. Create a cohesive strategy for copy across all our channels.Work closely with content marketing to define a consistent brand voice through all communications. Respond to the results of your work and strategize how to optimize for even more effective messages. Communicate complicated technology topics in clear, concise ways to a non-technical audience. QualificationsIdeal candidates will reside in the GTA and meet the following:At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B writing (headline, social, short-form) Prior exposure to B2B marketing within various industries (including finance, education, manufacturing, etc.), considered a strong asset Experience working with editorial and brand guidelines Familiarity with writing to ITDM and BDM audiences Comfortability in writing to SMB, mid-market and enterprise audiences Prior experience adhering to corporate messaging guidelines and leveraging corporate copy libraries Confident in curating content and sourcing copy from client websites and collateral to support and guide content developmentProficient in desk research to find source material and/or supporting statistics Prior experience and/or personal passion for the technology industry Demonstrated ability to adapt voice / tone to a diverse collection of brands and industries Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work within in-person and remote team environments Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to work at a fast paceSelf-starter with proven initiative and resourcefulness Solution-based with ability to collaborate with colleagues and other partners Willingness and capability to work across multiple, diverse projects and content builds Please note that only successful applicants will be contacted for an interview and additional screening.
