triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. is actively seeking a Custodian to join our team at the Toronto Southwest campus.Primary Responsibility:This position is responsible for performing custodial duties in order to ensure that the campus is maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner.The Custodian will support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while contributing to a positive, supportive and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication and readiness; embracing diversity and fostering inclusion.Knowledge, Skills Requirements and Qualifications:Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent requiredMinimum of two (2) years of experience in a related occupation.Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products and equipment.Knowledge of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information Systems.Knowledge of maintaining vending machines.Ability to read and understanding labels and instructions, particularly on the use and application of chemicals and products.Ability to work under little supervision.Strong time management skills.Strong customer service skills.Effective communication skills.Hours of Work:This is a full-time position.
