Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a Customer Account Representative at our North York based office. We are experts in everything related to branding and marketing. Our experienced team helps clients find and capitalize on opportunities to grow. Over the past decade, we have built an impressive clientele, including Fortune 500 retailers and clients across Canada. We love helping brands increase their target audience by efficiently entering into new markets. We are experts in planning customized direct marketing strategies for our clients and adding value to their brands.Our clients want us to deliver a face-to-face customer service experience. We do this by taking care of the existing customer base and providing personal care with new customers. It is our team #39;s top priority to provide the highest quality of customer service care, and to maintain and build quality relationships with our customers. This job is full-time and involves in person sales with customers.Job Details

  • Development of marketing campaigns and strategies

Responsibilities :
  • Execute day to day sales, marketing, customer service, and campaign management
  • Excel in our management training program
  • Manage the implementation and delivery of a key client’s activity, maximizing performance, return on investment, and identifying the opportunity to expand
  • Own all problem solving, troubleshooting, client campaign requests, media planning, and key implementations
  • Build client relationships through service excellence and balance their campaign needs with your proactive approach
  • Get your hands dirty with team building, growth, and expansion efforts
Our ideal candidate
  • 0-2 years of experience in either customer service, marketing, advertising, sales, retail or telemarketing
  • Must be able to start working immediately if needed
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience developing positive relationships and/or solving customer problems
  • Partners effectively with others to ensure coordinated, efficient account management
