So, wherever you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.Your day to dayAs CRM Lead, you will be responsible for managing multi-category CRM calendar, aligning with multiple stakeholders to ensure omni-channel communication. You will be responsible for overseeing all digital content creation activities and ensuring complete understanding of product and legal age consumer.You will be accountable for:

  • Supporting the management of multi-category CRM monthly calendar based on annual targets and consumer pain points. You will be responsible for sharing calendar with critical stakeholders for alignment as well as analyzing and supporting with daily/weekly/monthly updates on CRM performance
  • Overseeing all email and SMS content creation co-ordination for company platforms across the consumer journey, ensuring proper segmentation exists for targeted communication as well as keeping up to date with industry best practices and monitoring content activities of competitors
  • Working closely with the Brand / Consumer Journey / Product / Legal / Digital teams to update on results/learnings as well as ensure content is coherent based on the relevant based on consumer journey
  • Testing on various email campaigns, analyzing current campaigns and making recommendations for improvement, ensuring all email campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry
  • Being involved in the Net Satisfaction Score (NSS) program, including call backs and huddles to align data and insights based on survey sources, reviewing feedback and developing & implementing solutions
  • Supporting the Marketing Cloud management and ensuring delivery of assets on time for all campaigns across consumer journey both BAU and automated drip emails
  • Guiding and supporting CRM specialist role by sharing relevant information on CRM campaign execution, listening and challenging to ensure best outcome/results by testing new technology available to optimize results.

  • College or University Degree related to Business Studies, Analytics, Digital- Marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in brands and digital marketing
  • Strong background and understanding and developing strategies across customer lifecycle
