CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - ENTRY LEVEL This is an on-site positionGolden Toronto is a growing, privately owned Sales and Marketing company in the Toronto, Canada servicing several major international clients. Currently, we are seeking collaborative and solution-oriented individuals to join our customer service team!This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required. We provide full training from the first day. If you are a team player and sports enthusiast this is the place for you - we thrive off of competition and the growth of our team members. Ultimately, we are looking for friendly and driven individuals that like to venture out of their comfort zone and talk with clients about our products and services.Responsibilities: • Attract potential customers and answer product and service questions • Handle customer order-related questions, inquiries, and complaints • Recommend products that will match customers’ budgets • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed • Maintain current knowledge of products offered • Perform all other related duties as assignedJob Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn the principles and processes of providing excellent customer service
  • Quick understanding of product knowledge, quality focus, problem-solving, and multi-tasking
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent as a minimum
  • English Proficiency
  • Ability to commute to work (This is not a remote position)
  • Self-confidence and professional integrity
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism
  • Must be able to function as part of a team as well as independently
