This role will report to the Senior Director of Customer Success (get to know her here), and will work closely with other team members on the execution of their account’s projects. Interested Yeah. We thought you might be.What Youll Do as Customer Success Manager
  • Focus on program and project execution including quality assurance.
  • Responsible for day-to-day project and client needs, with guidance from the Senior team members.
  • Liaise with the Sales team for a seamless client transition through onboarding.
  • Act as main customer contact at the project level.
  • Encourage product adoption.
  • Keep project budget, timeline and resources in-line with project plan and specifications.
  • Responsible for sample procurement, deployment, execution and managing sample vendor relationships and billing procedures.
  • Responsible for managing incentive programs and budgets and liaising with our incentive fulfillment team.
  • Managing recruitment programs on various social media platforms with guidance and assistance from other team members and our in-house creative team
What Youll Have
  • 2+ years in an account manager or customer success role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A Customer obsessed mentality: strong customer focus with a desire to surprise and delight our customers.
  • A deep understanding of various social media platforms – experience running campaigns or creating content is a big plus.
  • Strong technical skills – you don’t need to know how to code but you do need to know your way around an excel spreadsheet and be able to learn new technologies quickly.
  • An undergraduate degree.
  • A proactive approach to all types of tasks - youre eager to find new ways to solve problems and exceed expectations.
  • Ability to remain composed and solution-focused during times of stress.
  • A flexible style of communication that allows you to adapt depending on audience.
  • A keen eye for detail and some experience with project management.
  • The ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-follow written and verbal content.
  • Market Research experience is a bonus, but experience with marketing, analytics and social media advertising will be beneficial to this role.
