Looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to join a dynamic team of 20 here in Toronto. You will get the chance to work in one of Canada #39;s leading cloud service and support providers for the legal industry. We are looking for someone with a passion for client satisfaction, an affinity for technology and strong communication skills. You will work closely with the Technical Account Managers and clients to ensure client satisfaction on all service deliverables. Location: Sheppard and 404, an easy walk or free shuttle ride from Fairview Mall and Don Mills SubwayWork type: Hybrid, in office 2 days/ week ResponsibilitiesRepresent company in customer meetings, including scheduling said meetingsCollaborate with clients and internal team to ensure requirements are metIdentify and develop client project opportunitiesQualifications7+ years working as an Account Manager or Customer Success ManagerExperience in professional services Strong written and verbal communication skills Great presentation and negotiation skillsDetail oriented and analyticalDemonstrated ability to increase customer satisfactionComfortable communicating with all levels or organizations including lawyers.
