At Squaredance, we’re striving to be a self-serve platform for both brands and partners, as such, the Customer Success Team exists - in essence - in service to product (i.e., to ensure that the adoption of our platform is strong with our customers!) Where there are gaps in the platform, we aim to bridge those gaps with expertise and support from the Customer Success Team.
