CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVECustomer & Internal Support | Toronto/OntarioAre you passionate about local food culture We’re Foodee, a team of food experts on a mission to connect local restaurants to businesses through our meal planning platform. We help corporations spread the power of good food by curating menus from top local restaurants and delivering them to your office.We’re looking for a CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE who is extremely motivated to develop our stakeholder engagement across all city markets. This is a high growth opportunity for the right person looking to utilize their skills and become an integral part of building and growing a new brand. This is an amazing opportunity to learn all the aspects of building and running a high-growth start-up company! The ideal candidate will be based remotely in Ontario.KEY DUTIES:

  • First line of response to all customer and restaurant partner inquiries; from restaurant recommendations to billing issues, service questions and general concerns
  • Proactively contacting customers and restaurant partners to provide order updates and a high-touch service
  • Building and developing positive relationships with current and potential customers
  • Problem-solving and turning frustrated customers into repeat customers
  • Maintaining, refining and developing Foodee processes
ABOUT YOU:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Support, Tech Support or Customer Service role
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Experience managing a high volume of inbound customer communications through various mediums (phone, email, chat)
  • Confident, friendly ‘people person’ who can establish and maintain solid relations
  • Quick thinker, fast learner, and problem solver
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to get things done and done well
  • High tolerance for fast-paced, rapid change
  • High degree of comfort with technological, SaaS products
