Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Architect with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on expertise in the Dynamics CRM Marketing module. The ideal candidate should also possess significant experience in working with Twilio, SendGrid, and other email communication platforms.Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform customizations on the D365 Marketing module, including the implementation of Java Scripts and Plugins to enhance system functionalities.
  • Proficient in Power Automation to automate workflows and streamline processes within the Dynamics CRM environment.
  • Lead the integration efforts with third-party applications, ensuring seamless communication and data flow between systems.
  • Extensive experience in configuring and optimizing Twilio, SendGrid, and other email communication tools to enhance customer engagement and communication strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in Dynamics CRM Marketing module customizations.
  • Strong proficiency in Java Scripts, Plugins, and Power Automation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Twilio, SendGrid, and other email communication platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in integrating Dynamics CRM with third-party applications.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
RequirementsAdditional Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within specified timelines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and evolving technologies.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus.
