As the Data and Reporting Analyst, you will support a rapidly growing new fleet program with a last mile delivery client. You will work with a highly skilled and motivated team and your efforts and expertise will have a direct impact on framing and solving the challenges of a fast-growing business unit with a complex business model and significant amounts of data.A Day in the Life
  • Support reporting solutions for the organization based on client demands
  • Consulting with management and relevant stakeholders to define goals related to reporting and analytics
  • Researching, developing and implementing data-gathering methods
  • Analyzing business requirements and processes to identify opportunities for improvement with technology solutions
  • Take ownership of reporting processes to ensure that each report is accurate and timely with a high degree of customer focus in resolving data discrepancies
  • Perform ad hoc and rapid data analysis
  • Provide data management processes such as accessing raw data feeds, building queries and macros, and designing reports that present status-at-a-glance visualization of business performance
  • Manage related KPIs to measure, control, and benchmark reporting processes
  • Support and improve data governance processes including dealing with external auditors
Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics or a related field of study
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Smartsheets, Access will be a plus
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL, SnowSQL, etc.)
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI or other BI tools
  • 1-2 years of proven work experience in project / data management in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, preferably in ecommerce and/or at a startup
  • Good understanding of data risks and solutions, in particular data cleaning, data leakage, systems access, data management
  • Excellent analytical skills and creative problem solver
  • Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team

  • Customer focused and results oriented
  • Demonstrated accuracy, precision, and attention to detail
  • Project management experience will be a plus
