In this role, you will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality motion graphics and video content for our campaigns across various verticals. Collaborate closely with our creative and marketing teams to bring ideas to life and deliver conversion-based ads for social platforms.Other responsibilities are:

• Conceptualize and develop creative concepts for motion graphics and video content that align with client objectives and brand identity
• Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator to create visually stunning and dynamic motion graphics
• Edit raw footage and video content to produce polished and professional final products as well as the user-generated feel, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and brand messaging
• Collaborate closely with the creative team, marketers, and strategists to brainstorm ideas, provide creative input, and ensure the seamless integration of motion graphics into marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in motion graphics design, video editing, and digital marketing to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our content
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design, video editing, and post-production, preferably in a marketing agency or similar environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• Comfortable being on camera and recording voiceovers
• Bonus: Experience with 3D animation, motion tracking, and compositing techniques is a plus
