Job Description

Developer - Sitecore On behalf of our client in the Public Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Developer - Sitecore. Developer - Sitecore – Job Description

  • The developer is responsible for developing and enhancing the Sitecore web site with its dependent .Net Core APIs
  • Responsibilities of this position include liaising with the end-users, subject matter experts and business analysts to develop and implement the defined business requirements
  • Developer will provide innovative Design, Development, Implementation, troubleshooting (development and infrastructure related issues) and technical support for Sitecore platform and REACT technology during the various phases of acceptance testing, preparation for production implementation, and post-implementation support including application troubleshooting and performance tuning during the warranty period
  • Developer will be involved in application support during the implementation of the solution
  • Ability to work with Service Oriented architecture (REST APIs) and integration platforms
Developer - Sitecore – Mandatory Skills
  • Sitecore Experience Solution Developer Certification with 3+ years of Sitecore 8.x/9.x experience
  • React component development experience is required and preferably within Sitecore
  • Senior level Sitecore .Net Developer/Lead/Architect that can independently design/develop complex applications with innovative approaches and solutions
  • Experienced in developing web applications using Sitecore CMS, React, .NET Core, ASP.NET CORE, Java script and CSS
  • 3+ years’ experience in Sitecore CMS like creating Templates, Layouts, Renderings, Sitecore API, Rolesamp; Authorization, Workflows, Publishing, Deployment, Packages, Microsites, Helix architecture, Multilingual websites, Migration and Scaling
  • Experience in creating and consuming enterprise level Web Services, Web API using .NET Core
  • Minimum 1 year of C# ASP.Net Core 2.x/3.x development experience integrating with Sitecore
  • HTML 5.0
  • NodeJS
  • Java, Javascript, JQuery
Developer - Sitecore - Nice to Have Skills
  • MVC experience a plus
Developer - Sitecore - Assignment Start Date ASAP – 5 months to start Developer - Sitecore - Assignment Location Toronto, ON – Work Hybrid
