Our commitment to innovation and sustainable growth positions us at the forefront of our industry.The Opportunity Reporting to the VP, Professional Services, we are looking for a DevSecOps Cloud Engineer to serve as both a technical consultant and engineer within our team of Cloud Operations Engineers and Consultants. You will play a critical role in providing secure DevOps solutions for our enterprise clients by leveraging your expertise in various security tools and platforms. This role involves acting as a consultant to assist customers with best practices, change management, training, and continuous consulting to optimize their setup.Who You Are You are a technical expert who enjoys solving complex technical problems and improving operational efficiencies. You are dedicated to technical growth, both for yourself and your peers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.What You’ll DoEngineering and Development

  • Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new security tools and solutions.
  • Design and propose solutions that meet client needs, utilizing iTMethods #39; portfolio of services and tools.
  • Statement of Work (SOW) creation and ownership collaborating with out consulting and engineering SMEs.
  • Participate in responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other proposal documents.
  • Act as a consultant to customers, assisting them with the implementation and best practices for using DevSecOps tools.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during sales engagements, ensuring a clear understanding of the proposed solution #39;s value proposition.
  • Provide continuous consulting to help customers optimize their setup.
Security Tools and Platforms
  • Utilize Best In Class DevOps Security tools such as JFrog, Sonatype, Veracode, and BlackDuck to enhance security measures.
  • Preferred experience with JFrog products and services.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in DevOps, AI/ML tools, and infrastructure management to recommend innovative solutions.
Training and Change Management
  • Train customers on the new tools and platforms to ensure they are effectively utilized.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demos to clients, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of iTMethods services.
  • Assist in change management processes to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and practices.
Optimization and Best Practices
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements and technical challenges.
  • Provide ongoing consulting to continuously improve customer setups.
  • Stay updated on best practices for DevSecOps to ensure the highest level of service.
  • Provide feedback to product and service development teams based on client interactions and market trends.

  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps or related roles.
  • Proven experience in a consulting or client-facing role, delivering DevSecOps solutions to diverse organizations.
  • Experience with security platforms such as JFrog, Snyk and similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions).
  • Expertise in integrating security into the SDLC, including security testing, vulnerability management, and compliance.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native security practices.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist, CISSP) are a plus.
