You will provide support with the coordination and execution of Mercedes-Benz CRM programs, campaigns and customer initiatives. You’ll also contribute to delivering relevant and impactful communications that drive retail engagement and purchase consideration across multiple channels.A day in the life:

  • Support in CRM campaign coordination, timeline management, building stakeholder relationships, quality control testing and execution.
  • Coordinate content and production process for model year changeover updates to CRM communications ensuring accuracy of vehicle information.
  • Support in process improvement implementations and CRM ad-hoc requests.
  • Landscape audits: Stay informed of industry trends, benchmarks, best practices, and other CRM activities that may affect MBC. Perform CRM dealer and competitive audits.
  • Other duties as required by your manager.

  • Working towards a post-secondary diploma/degree with a concentration in Marketing or Digital Studies.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations.
  • Proficiency PowerPoint, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluency in French would be an asset.
  • The ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base.
