We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to assist the Digital & Design team in managing multiple digital marketing projects and campaigns from intake through delivery.As a Digital & Design Marketing Coordinator, you will be:

  • Coordinating the intake, scheduling, resourcing and delivery of Digital & Design projects and deliverables in support of the Firm’s growth strategy and marketing objectives.
  • Developing project plans, work-back schedules and tracking spreadsheets for the team’s daily operations, identifying efficient and effective workflows including the tracking of work-in-progress, and communicating project statuses as required.
  • Participating in scoping requests, defining timelines and identifying user experience-based solutions.
  • Leading status meetings, identifying projects in the queue, bottlenecks, backlogs, etc.
  • Creating, updating and maintaining SOPs and project documents and ensuring all existing documents and databases are kept up-to-date.
  • Working directly with external vendors, obtaining project schedules and advising project team of any delays or variances.
  • Quality control of project assets, including channel testing when required, prior to delivery.
  • Capturing best practices, sharing knowledge and creating user guidelines to support the team.
  • Monitoring the Digital and Design inboxes, including responding to questions and requests.
  • Organizing visual brand assets in our Digital Asset Management system and various internal databases.
  • Organizing the collection of lawyer photos and ensuring that they are up-to-date, properly archived and adhere to our visual identity.
  • Supporting design and creative on developing social media graphics based on templates.
  • Providing backup support to the Design & Digital Team including website updates, sending client emails and assisting with Design requests.
  • Providing administrative support to the broader team (Communications, Marketing Solutions, Business Development, etc.) as necessary.
  • Training and assisting employees on templates, stationary and visual identity requirements.
  • Acting as brand and visual identity ambassador with members of the Firm and other stakeholders.
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design or Project Management.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in a similar or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management processes and best practices.
  • Bilingual (French/English) a strong asset.
  • Creative and detail-oriented with exceptional technical aptitude; ability to derive insights from data to drive efficiencies and growth.
  • Proactive team player and client-centric attitude.
  • Strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to successfully navigate changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated empathy and ability to understand different perspectives in a business context.
  • Experience engaging with brand, creative, design & digital agencies.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, MS Visio, using SharePoint (User Level).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Drupal CMS, Vuture, Mailchimp and Salesforce an asset.
