Job DescriptionGENERAL FUNCTION The Digital Designer will play a pivotal role to achieve our goal of being the #1 provider of convenience lending in Canada by helping to bring our brand and marketing campaigns to life through digital design. As the inaugural designer, they will be responsible for producing designs across channels that align with the company’s brand and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate should be able to efficiently combine creativity, functionality and technology to produce engaging content rooted in the user experience. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, manage, and deliver design solutions across all creative touchpoints: brand and product graphics, websites, mobile apps, email templates, social media graphics, print materials, videos, photography, animations and more.
  • Develop innovative concepts for new product development and brand enhancements.
  • Stay updated on digital and AI trends, software advancements and best practices for digital design in marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate, design and iterate on creative.
  • Partner closely with marketing, product and UX teams to use design elements to optimize the customer experience.
  • Serve as the brand advocate, ensuring a consistent and accurate brand experience across all touch points.
