Summary of Duties:? Provide expertise in e-learning products, video production, 3D animation, editing, graphic design, mobile apps anddigital imaging to support client needs;? Produce creative original projects that clearly communicate client’s message using appropriate digital mediaprocesses;? Dialogue with clients to ensure projects meet requirements;? Evaluate requests and determine the most appropriate format for projects;? Meet with Team Leader to determine course of action for project completion;? Provide verbal/written communication plans to clients as required;? Provide multimedia support of digital applications for educational and promotional resources;? Provide team support for major projects coordinated by the Team Leaders;? Attend conferences, trade shows and workshops, complete appropriate online training to maintain current with newand evolving technologies; and? Other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:? Two-year community college in Digital Media Production, with one year directly related experience in an InformationTechnology environment or equivalent combination of education and experience;? Experience in video production, studio lighting, green screen studio techniques, digital audio recording, editing andgraphic design;? Experience with various media production software such as Adobe Suite 2014 (Adobe Premiere Pro, AdobeDreamWeaver, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash), JavaScript, Cinema 4d Studio, programming in HTML5 for WebDesign etc;? Understanding of Media product maintenance and testing policies and standards;? Skills related to client information requirements as stated in media components specifications;? Successful experience providing assistance to clients with a customer service focus;? Good oral, written, interpersonal and organizational skills;? Strong analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills; and? Proven ability to work under pressure and consistently meeting deadlines.Special Requirements:? Provision of own vehicle for Board Business;? May require occasional travel within the TDSB; and? Must be available to work overtime on short notice to meet client needs.Location: This position will be located at 296 Pleasant Avenue, (not wheelchair accessible)Hours: 35 hours per weekWork Year: 12 monthsNotes:1.
