Come be a part of the team.Job DescriptionThe Role:Reporting to the Technical Production Manager, the Digital Production Specialist will have the unique opportunity to support MLSE’s Venue Technology’s digital event-based business and the corporate A/V technology processes across all MLSE venues.Responsibilities:

  • Operational support of Venue Tech department needs
  • Esports support requirements including but not limited to
  • Raptors Uprising show
  • Verify signal distribution to live streaming sites
  • Support additional hardware and software installations for Esports
  • Assist in coordinating and implementing technical requirements for all virtual events, internal presentations, promotional activations
  • Application based operation and support of Game Time
  • Respond to dispatched calls for support by effectively troubleshooting and repairing audio/visual systems
  • Operation of Vmix, mixers, and web cameras on behalf of digital events
  • Occasional administration and operation of venue digital signage systems
  • Fix and resolve equipment and document issues
  • Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other administrative or service functions as the need arises

  • Minimum 2-5 years of related work experience within virtual production, digital signage, live broadcast, and/or audiovisual industries
  • Knowledge of IP design including TCP/IP, routing/switching, network, DNS, LAN/VLAN environments and equipment
  • Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Flash, and Illustrator (basic to intermediate); must demonstrate knowledge of file formatting and codecs
  • Familiarity with modern PC standards and technology
  • Proficient with PC and Mac Operating Systems
  • Knowledgeable of NDI technology
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills
  • A punctilious self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Following experiences are nice-to-have:
  • Demonstrated experience in any of the following operational roles: Esports & digital signage
  • vMix: Live Production Software Version 24
  • X-Key 124 usb programmable keyboard
  • Behringer USB X-Touch audio mixer
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays for event-based work
