• Take charge of workflows, nimbly managing multiple priorities & projects
• Stay focused on results despite changing conditions
• Balance big picture strategic outcomes of projects as well as the nitty-gritty details
• Lead the conversation between ClickInsight technical team and client teams, ensuring successful project delivery on-time and in full
• Take the initiative to resolve any project workflow gaps, conflicts or roadblocks in a timely and empathetic manner
• Ensure teams clearly understand their roles, responsibilities and accountabilities
• Drive the processes for requirements discovery, definition, design and delivery
• Gather, organize and synchronize supporting information
• With a keen eye on the big picture and our clients’ priorities, you will help create and validate acceptance criteria
• Cultivate a trusting and safe environment based on mutual understanding, problem-solving and collaborative decision-making

What were looking for you to bring to our team

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an administrative, business, technical or scientific field, and one to two years digital project management experience

-- OR --Three years of experience managing digital projects

• Experience managing digital (websites, apps, etc) projects with third parties outside the organization that has hired you
• Experience managing projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills with multiple levels and types of project participants - technical, business and management
• Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 Products, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook
• Familiar with project management software such as Atlassian Jira or Wrike
• References for the above experiences from your supervising managers or clients

Will be considered a definite advantage:

• Prior experience working in an agency, consulting, or professional services organization
• Basic knowledge of website and app technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS, Firebase, SDKs)
