Smoking is prohibited on all The Boulevard Club property and premises, inside and outside of the building, including the grounds and the parking lot area.Job OverviewReporting to the Executive Chef, this person will support day-to-day operations in the Kitchen by washing and properly storing all cooking utensils, china equipment, flatware, and glassware as well as maintaining, cleaning, and organizing all areas in the Kitchen.Specific duties would include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist kitchen operating by cleaning food preparation and production areas, operating dish machine, keeping dish room clean and organized, maintaining adequate levels of clean tableware and kitchenware.
  • Maintain the highest food quality for value by serving efficiently, professionally, and courteously with minimal wastage and spoilage.
Job Qualifications:
  • Related post-secondary education and/or skills and experience
  • Awareness of health and safety
  • Ability to speak, read and write English
  • Pleasant personality appropriate for a hospitality environment
