Job Description

We are Bayshire Properties. A real estate development company with a focus on residential real estate.We purchase land and develop and build for our clients. We prefer to find properties before they hit the market and we do this by targeting properties that match our clients criteria and approaching the owners at their door or through marketing materials we leave behind.We currently have several clients who are ready to build their dream home and we need assistance in finding properties for them and looking to hire three candidates with a desire to make money in real estate.This position is not for everyone, here is the type of candidate that will be best suited for this role:

  • Someone who loves the outdoors
  • Someone with a passion for sales
  • Someone who doesnt mind rejections
  • Someone who wants to have freedom of time
  • Someone who wants to work hard and be paid well for it
  • Someone who prefers to get paid commission vs. salary
The minimum requirement for this role are:
  • A valid drivers license and a vehicle
  • Good verbal & communication skills
Compensation:
  • This position is commission only until the candidate has earned a total commission of $ 50,000 - after this milestone, the candidate will receive a base salary of $45,000 Plus commission
  • The chosen candidate will receive $6000-$15,000 per transaction until the $50k milestone has been completed.
