Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics CRM Technology Architect with 8+ years of experience in D365 CE (Sales, Marketing, Field Services) to lead architecture, customization, and integration efforts. This role demands hands-on expertise in .Net, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Portals, with proven leadership in scalable solution design, stakeholder communication, and industry best practices.Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions including customizations, configurations, plugins, and workflows.
  • Lead technical discussions on integration, performance, and scalability.
  • Act as SME and SPOC for client, Infosys, and Microsoft engagements.
  • Ensure development aligns with DMM and coding standards.
Required Skills:
  • Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Salesamp; Service modules).
  • Strong technical and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience with Power Platform and Co-Pilot Studio preferred.
