Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with our Brand and Creative, UX, Design, PM and FE teams, and will also have the opportunity to work with our CEO and Group COO, as well as a unique network of entrepreneurs. Given the exciting opportunities on our immediate radar, this is an amazing opportunity for a dynamic, ambitious individual who is keen to make their mark and have a real impact on an entire organisation.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Updating content on key pages for our launch site/s – homepage, product detail page, checkout etc.
  • Setting up products, promotions and categories
  • Visual merchandising
  • Monitoring and reporting on site performance, resolving errors and suggesting improvements
  • Working with our content, UX and CRO teams to optimize SEO, UX and conversion
  • Overseeing delivery of our email nurturing program.
  • Ensuring our order tracking communications are functional and effective Maintaining social feeds and customer ratings
Skills, Experience & Attributes:
  • Expert Shopify user, including wider app network e.g. AfterShip
  • At least 2 years of experience in an Ecommerce Manager position, or similar, in a direct to consumer retail environment
  • Ability to interact across a range of stakeholders, from business executives to technology resources, SMEs Working knowledge of JIRA and Microsoft Office
  • Clear reasoning and communication
  • Highly collaborative
