You are well-versed the ins and outs of marketplace sales and related platforms such as Amazon and Shopify-based websites. Highly analytical, you are skilled in brand digital strategy, collaborating with digital agencies, executing on sales plans and managing the eCommerce P&L and budget.What you’ll do day-to-day

  • Collaborate with external digital agencies to execute sales and promotional plans by channeling, tracking and optimizing performance, collaborating on digital strategy and share campaign calendars
  • Create unit’s forecasts based off sales channel targets and historical selling by working with production and logistics teams to rightsize or maintain inventory position
  • Forecast sales targets and optimize channels to meet/exceed targets while supporting the VP of eCommerce to manage the P&L & budget
  • Oversee the CEX function to ensure customers queries are addressed efficiently while working with QA, Production, and Logistics teams to troubleshoot escalated customer complaints that could negatively impact sales
  • Support senior leadership by providing digital/eCommerce performance review, direct to consumer strategy review, and business challenges/wins
  • Manage the budget for your department.
Your qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or related role
  • Knowledge of the US and Canadian ecommerce markets is critical
  • Shopify website management and Amazon Seller Central experience is highly preferred
