• Provide production support through EDI processes for SYNNEX US & Canada trading partners (customers, vendors, carriers, etc) including trouble shooting and communication with trading partners, internal biz user and IT colleagues. Analyze, design, and develop EDI maps in conjunction with application interface – including, but not limited to, EDI, XML, delimited flat file, etc. Project management of new EDI trading partners or enhancement of existing partners.
• Partner in creating and executing test plans for new implementations and identifying business process gaps where improvements can be made.
• Consult with Project Manager, Business Analyst, and/or key users to prototype, refine, test and debug processes to meet business/customer needs.
• Relationship management and detailing of existing trading partners to strengthen relationship and maximize mutual value for SYNNEX and trading partner.

Your passion is sparked by:

• ANSI X12 knowledge REQUIRED. Ability to map, debug and understand complexity of X12 transactions: 850, 855, 856, 810, 846, 832, 867, 870, 214, 215, 820
• Knowledge of ANSI X12 transactions and how they relate to customers, vendors, carriers, financial institutions
• Ability to communicate with business users AND technical contacts
• Knowledge with SQL, Unix and standard Windows application will help.”
• Knowledge of AS2 process and how it works in relation to ANSI X12 transactions.
• IBM B2Bi (GIS) specific knowledge a BONUS
• Ability to self-manage while maintaining daily report of projects and support activities.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of related experience
• 8+ years of experience in EDI implementation, communication, support, and project management preferred. A plus if experienced in EDI with major retail customers (e.g. Wal-Mart) and manufacturers.
• Must be self-motivated and possess ability to work in team environment while meeting tight deadlines
