We help people with various disabilities with their hands and their eyes, interact and communicate with technology, in completely new and often game changing ways.Job DescriptionYour days will be filled with: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plan for territory in line with management objectives
  • Created nurtures, expands and closes sales opportunities to attain territory quota
  • Presents, demonstrates and sells our full line of products and services, both in person and virtually
  • Develops trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors via in person and virtual meetings and demonstrations
  • Develops team approach with local AAC Solutions Consultant to provide a comprehensive approach to account development of high value customers
  • Proactively assesses, develops, refines, clarifies, validates, and documents within CRM account’s needs on an ongoing basis and executes strategy to maintain positive customer relationship
  • Prepares presentations, quotes, proposals, and sales contracts
  • Coordinates support for customers across all internal departments
  • Maintains 50% field presence in territory for in-services, in person meetings, and clinical education supported workshops
  • Attends National/Local conventions as assigned to support proactive customer meetings and other vendor hall activities
  • Develops network of customers via email and social media campaigns
  • Develop and maintain current product and sales knowledge
  • Master and maintain current competitor sales and product knowledge
  • Ensures customer account fidelity, documents/maintains account data, daily sales activities, account and opportunity development, and feedback using CRM/Salesforce.com
  • Assist with high severity requests and/or issue escalations as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
  • Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholder including the forecasting of sales and the development of key account metrics
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts Achieves assigned sales quota in designated account
  • Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management
  • Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
  • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame

QualificationsA. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent; degree or experience in education/special education/speech pathology/occupational therapy or other therapeutic degree preferred
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years sales or account management experience in the education/technology space
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, present and influence credibly and simultaneously at all levels of an account
  • Experience in delivering client-focused high-tech enterprise solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
COMPUTER OR TECHNICAL SKILLS:
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred
  • Experience/familiarity with AAC or alternative access for people with disabilities is a plus
  • Software as a Service (SAAS) experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office suite
OTHER SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Well versed and experienced in virtual communications and presence
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluency in social media
  • Bilingual,French , English (preferred)
B. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to travel within North America both by air and car
  • Possession of a valid state driver license and insured motor vehicle
  • Hepatitis B vaccination
  • Ability to pass a TB screening
  • Ability to see within normal parameters
  • Ability to hear within normal range
  • Ability to move about and stand for extended periods of time
  • Lifting and/or move up to 50 lbs
C. WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENT:
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, competitive environment
  • Ability to work with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory up to 50% of time.
