Job Description

Oxford Learning Centre Rosedale is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Education Coordinator. As the Education Coordinator, you will participate in the centres operations and growth including: dealing with intake calls, setting up and administering assessments, programming and overseeing students programs, maintaining contact with current parents as well as reaching out to past families and ensuring that the program is being maintained throughout the centre.Our candidate has:

  • A Bachelor degree
  • A minimum of one year working in an education environment
  • Strong phone skills and experience in customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results oriented environment
  • Passion for working with pre-school, elementary, and high school students
  • Exceptional English language written and oral communication skills and an ability to communicate with parents and the public effectively
  • The willingness to work variable hours including some evenings during the week
Duties include:
  • Help inquiring parents to discover the Oxford program philosophy
  • Build relationships with parents, students and the community
  • Maintain a service schedule and effectively execute pre-assigned tasks
  • Create a fun and energetic learning environment on a daily basis
  • Effectively coach other teaching members of the team
  • Promote and participate in all aspects of the business
Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $18.00-$25.00 per hourSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
COVID-19 considerations:Limited capacity of students in centre, PPE and table dividers. Regular cleaning and sanitation.Education:
  • Bachelors Degree (preferred)
Experience:
  • teaching: 1 year (preferred)
