That’s what sets us apart.What Will You Work OnAs part of the digital team, we are looking for an individual with strong hands-on e-mail marketing experience with exceptional attention to detail who thrives and can prioritize in a fast-paced environment.As the E-mail Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing daily e-mail campaigns for Air Miles. This will involve gathering campaign requirements, building and configuring e-mail campaigns according to spec, QA, tracking and evaluating the success of the campaign(s).How Will You Create ImpactWork along with other team members in setting up and deploying email campaigns with strict adherence to timelinesResponsible for continuous process improvement strategies and developing efficiencies that will help manage expectations of clients. This includes collaborating and educating team members as to the processes with an open mind.Provide active support and expertise to the team in translating testing and versioning requests into effective setups, such as shifting from template setups to more efficient dynamic setups.Participate in email campaign briefing meetings and present additional expertise on e-campaigns based on previous issues, resolutions, emerging concepts and industry trendsSupport Account Executives and clients with best practices, technical expertise and provide guidance on client expectations and realistic accommodations. Educate both clients and account executives on Canadas Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) when required.Let’s Talk About You:Minimum of 3 years of directly related work experience in e-mail marketing, analytics, and web development.Experience in executing and managing e-mail campaigns with demonstrated expertise in CASL compliance.Working experience with Adobe Campaign Classic, Target and Experience Manager, Exact Target, Harmony, Silverpop.Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and/or Computer Programming or Data Management or related disciplineExperience in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Perl, etc. along with HTML coding and SQL.Strong working knowledge of best practices for e-mail creative, segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies, deliverability, list growth and etc.Proven experience in data-driven and creative thinking along with strong organizational and analytical skills.Prior experience validating the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing deadlines and multiple priorities along with a positive, self-motivated attitude is essential.Diversity, Equity and InclusionAIR MILES is for everyone.
