Job Description

Email Marketing Campaign Manager On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for an Email Marketing Campaign Manager. Email Marketing Campaign Manager – Job Description

  • Coordination of the end-to-end campaign production process ensuring that deadlines are met and email/adserve messages are deployed to market error-free
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a subject matter expert on channel best practices including optimization tactics and expert knowledge of CASLamp; CAN-SPAM regulations
  • Reporting and analysis/evaluation of email campaign results through
  • Google Analytics
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, technologies, and standards with respect to email development and online marketing and be able to research, recommend, and apply/roll out new technologies as they, emerge
Email Marketing Campaign Manager – Mandatory Skills
  • 3+ years of managing email marketing experience, preferably in the financial or retail industry
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Marketing Specialist certification is preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, developing both simple and complex journeys via Journey Builder
  • Other mass email tools like Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot
  • Excellent knowledge of email campaign performance metrics
  • Knowledge of email privacy laws, CASL (Anti-Spam Legislation) and CAN-SPAM is required
  • Exceptional attention to detail, and ability to prioritize while under pressure
  • English should be fluent
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
