Job Description

Overview:Enrollment AdvisorKeypath Education is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to join the team in Tornoto, Canada.The Enrollment Advisor role will be responsible for facilitating prospective students through the application process for their University of choice. The Advisor will uncover the needs and objectives of a prospective student through a set of interviews and help the student determine if the program or University is a fit for the student. The Advisor will also support the student through the admissions and registration process to ensure the student meets all requirements and deadlines.Responsibilities:Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:Communication with prospective students through phone calls, emails or text messages regarding the University and programFollow the departmental and management guidelines for lead management and moving leads through the different statuses in the CRM systemAdvising students using a consultative process to ensure the student has all the information to make an informed decision about the University and programSupport students through the admissions and registration processUse the database to track student progress and any communication with studentsAchieve daily metrics surrounding number of calls per day, speed to lead metrics, talk time per day, number of applications per day as set by their ManagerCommunicate industry trends, program nuances and factors, student feedback in internal cross functional meetings and to the marketing teamActively participate in internal or external team meetings.Audit the database regularly to make sure that the student statuses align with their situation and progress, ensure all leads are being followed up and are tracked accordinglySupport in the forecasting of application and student enrollment forecasts for future termsWork with our marketing team to build internal cultivation plans to reengage studentsShould be able to work occasional evenings and weekends to support dialing strategiesQualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferredExperience:Demonstrated critical thinking skills, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.2- 3 years of sales experience (in an outbound call center preferred)General knowledge of higher education and/or College admissions and recruitment experience preferredTechnically proficient.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsGoal oriented and demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.Excellent written and verbal communications skills including the ability to successfully work with all levels of management.Supervisory management skills and the ability to oversee delegated tasks.Proven ability to effectively provide training and explain processes and procedures.Knowledge of planning processes and issues.Technical skills:Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.
