• You will work with the Account Manager to ensure that the campaign vision aligns with the client’s expectations and Smak’s creative concepts.
• Provide the Account Manager with feedback on the feasibility of creative ideas prior to creative meetings with the client.
• When possible, attend and contribute to brainstorms.
• You will build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure Smak is receiving exceptional service at the best price.
• Reach out to suppliers/speak to specialists regarding concept feasibility. Negotiate cost and payment terms with suppliers.
• Provide topline ballpark budget estimates to the Account Manager as needed.
• Provide Account Manager payment term requirements to present to the client.
• Flag any budget/logistics concerns with the Account Manager.
• You will help manage all the campaign details from building and managing the budget to coordinating campaign supplies, hiring staff and working with various suppliers.

• You will provide creative and efficient solutions to problems and handle the logistics of the campaign.
• Onsite staff and brand ambassador management.
• Be on-site to ensure the campaign is executed according to plan.
• Work with the Account Manager to ensure the set-up aligns with the client’s expectations.
• Troubleshoot issues on site and provide efficient and effective solutions.
• Manage photographer and take photos of activation. Ensure there are exceptional photos for Smak case studies.
• Collect metrics for the campaign from hired staff.
• Work on employee engagement programs, as required.
• Contribute to the company’s social media accounts.
