Come be a part of the team.Job DescriptionAbout the TeamCommercial Marketing is a cross-functional group that focuses on collaboration between MLSE’s commercial and brand businesses to ensure our biggest events, moments and opportunities gain further commercial value and partner satisfaction.About the RoleThe Event & Experiential Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing a robust portfolio of event and experiential activations relating to the Commercial Marketing Team and Commercial Creative Group. This includes leading event activations, key projects and initiatives for a variety of our core business units and partners, creative and strategic ideation, development of pitch materials, project management, and working with different parts of the business to ensure collaboration and cross-functional success in everything we do.We are seeking a creative and self-motivated individual that is passionate about our teams and brands and likes to work in fast paced environments that produce new challenges daily.Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with different business units to plan and execute events and experiential activations for both our core business and our partners
  • Take internal and external briefs and lead end-to-end project management process on a wide range of different projects
  • Work closely with the rest of the Commercial Marketing team to ideate, build and pitch on a wide range of internal events and projects
  • Work alongside our Commercial Creative Group to participate in brainstorms and ideation for Partner Programs, ensuring all campaigns have a fulsome experiential dimension
  • Develop creative event and activation pitch proposals
  • Communicate proposals clearly and effectively to internal and external clients
  • Produce or manage in-arena and in-community experiential programs, working with outside vendors and teams to bring them to life
  • Work alongside and support our external events team to ensure our programs are executed with excellence and deliver on all objectives and KPIs
  • Simultaneously managing multiple projects

  • 3-5 years of experience in events and/or experiential marketing
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management
  • Strong track record of collaborating with cross functional partners
  • Outstanding communicator, both written and verbal
  • Creative, problem solving and analytical approach
  • Self-motivated and eager to take on new challenges
  • Solid understanding of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
  • Knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry
