Job Description

AGM Renovations provides quality renovations services throughout Canada and USA. We pride ourselves in our commitment to quality products and execution and the highest ratings for customer satisfaction. Our team is always on the lookout for exceptional talent and we are currently hiring an Events Manager to work on a call basis.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attendingamp; organizing trade shows to generate client leads for the Company #39;s services including but not limited to: roofing, window coverings, painting, flooring, bathroom, kitchens, and basements.
  • Organizing, booking, and confirming events
  • Organizing and creating team schedules
  • Hiring, training, and managing a team of brand ambassadors.
  • Ensuring the brand ambassadors are effectively promoting the Company #39;s services and generating leads.
  • Providing regular reports to the Company on lead generation, team performance, and any issues that arise.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align event goals with broader company objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including vendor selection, budgeting, logistics, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop compelling content and ensure that presentations are engaging and relevant to the target audience.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data and feedback from events to inform future strategies and tactics for lead generation.
  • The Contractor will be scheduled to provide services outlined above based on “on-call” basis.
  • Additional services or amendments to the Services described above may be agreed upon between the parties.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Previous sales experience is mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work on weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays
  • Capability to distribute open house posters in residential areas near the former clients #39; homes one week prior to the event
