Job Description

TalentWorld is recruiting an Executive Assistant in Toronto for one of our clients.Our client, a leader in professional services and a proud member of the Global Fortune 500 is looking to add to their team on a temporary basis! As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for providing support to various executives with complex organizational responsibilities. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary support & act as a liaison between executives & their organization.Want to get your foot in the door with a company that has amazing opportunities for growth Here is your chance!Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, coordination and/or rescheduling of appointments, meetings & travel
  • Arrange and coordinate on-site & off-site meetings
  • Draft & edit correspondence and/or PowerPoint decks
  • Researching and pulling reports/analyzing data
Executive Assistant Qualifications:
  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
  • Post-secondary education – college diploma or relevant certification
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
Employment Conditions:
  • Employment type: 4 Month Contract with potential to extend
  • Shift Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Location: Downtown Toronto
  • Schedule: Hybrid (3 days work from home)
  • Pay: $25 per hour
  • Start Time: ASAP
