Job Description

Our client, a private credit fund requires an Executive Assistant to join their team. This role will support both the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer (“the Executives”).RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage scheduling for Executives;
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of Executives;
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for Executives;
  • Work directly with the Executives to support all aspects of his daily work routine;
  • Serve as a liaison between the Executives and the assistants for the Company’s investors;
  • Handle printing, faxing, mail/overnight packages, copying, and filing;
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports;
  • Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations;
  • Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • One to three years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team
  • Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
  • A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm
  • Resourceful, can-do attitude
