Job Description

Reporting to the Marketing Managers (Muskoka Brewery and Rally), the Experiential Coordinator exemplifies the right drive and attitude that align to the culture of Muskoka Brewery. The individual has a love for our product offering, engaging with consumers to educate and promote our brands. As the Experiential Coordinator, you will execute consumer experiences at various events and experiential opportunities in Ontario. Job Outline:

  • Supporting the Marketing Managers, the Coordinator will develop the Muskoka and Rally events and leads activation planning. Collaborating to ideate experiential campaigns that support growth brands across the Muskoka Brewery and Rally portfolio that promotes liquid to lips sampling
  • With Managers overview, creates run of show for experientialamp; guerilla activations and communicates the detailed plan with the team.
  • Facilitate all aspects of experiential planning on-site organization, logisticsamp; distribution such as ordering product for activations and events. Manage the quoting and production process with vendors to create materials required
  • Maintain and track all aspects of the experiential promotions budget including distribution, wages, travel and other direct expenses
  • Alongside the Marketing Manager, conduct market research in field and present findings to the Director of Marketing to help drive the marketing strategy and make appropriate changes to adapt to the changing needs of the consumer
  • Train and support the Ontario casual and seasonal events team and third-party brand ambassadors
  • Facilitate all aspects of experiential planning on-site organization, team staffing, logistics including and distribution. Responsible for receiving deliveries at lockups and dropping off product.
  • Work cross functionally with the Sales team to coordinate and execute on premise events at strategic accounts
  • Efficiently manage all event materials and inventory, and ensure all required tools are available and manage asset inventory of both Muskoka and Rally lockups.
  • Create post-mortem reports to understand impact and ROI of activations and events. Provide event recaps, including maintaining an event database and metrics are reported accurately and timely to determine effectiveness and overall ROI. Analyze and make recommendations to the marketing team on adjustments to plan or future improvements.
  • Responsible for overall quality and effectiveness of each applicable event, including branding and communications, product specific support, ambassador representation and on-site promotion activities. Ensure the execution of a streamlined best-in-class process for events with the assistance of events team members
  • Perform additional job related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.
Working Environment:
  • Travel and overnight stay required
  • Weekend work is required regularly, particularly in the summer
  • Home office and occasional trips to the brewery
RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • Significant consumer relations experience, within events promotions or marketing
  • Customer-centric communicator with a passion for craft beer
  • Self-driven to execute successful events in a hectic environment
  • Team player with an infectious positive can-do and creative attitude
  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
