Job Description

FARM OPERATOR As an Urban Farmer you understand what great customer service means and want to ensure a great customer experience. You will be tasked with managing existing customers, as well as finding and launching new sales channels. You are the first point of contact for Adapt.ag customers and delight in informing and inspiring them about our products. You have a passion for mushrooms and top-quality food and are an ambassador for Adapt.ag and our mission. Moreover, having high attention to detail, being well organized and time management are among your strongest skills.Qualities:

Responsibilities:
  • Harvest Adapt.ag gourmet mushrooms from our container farms using a range of manual and automated processes to package them ready for sale to our customers.
  • Find new customers and increase accounts and sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Follow defined workflows and production schedules to ensure daily required volumes meet our high-quality standards.
  • Record & track growth daily, along with other metrics.
  • Prepare orders and deliver to our customers.
  • Protect yourself and others by following health and safety guidelines.
  • Being part of a world-class team delivering high quality products to our customers with minimal waste.
Requirements:
  • Valid drivers license and automobile insurance.
  • A passion for mushrooms, sustainability, and nutrition.
  • Strong attention to detail and caring for cleanliness.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, dictated by customers and grow cycles
  • Both confident and comfortable working alone as well as part of a team.
  • High School Diploma.
