And you’re eager to live Mercedes-Benz values and are ready to add to the story.How your role will add to the story:We’re looking for a Field Campaign Coordinator (1 year contract). You will provide operational support to the Field Campaign Lead and National Manager to ensure that all information provided by Mercedes-Benz AG for campaign launches is accurate. You will work closely with the Field Campaigns team to ensure that customer letters and dealer bulletins are completed and distributed by the prescribed deadlines. This role will also have a special focus on increasing customer mailing accuracy, reduce the number of returned mailings and ultimately boost recall completion rates. You will also support the Field Campaign Lead and Parts Logistics team with recall parts planning. You will report directly to Field Campaign Lead and National Manager, Technical & Warranty.A day in the life:

  • Download VIN lists, work instructions and any other relevant files required for each field campaign launch from Intakt. Upload all required documents on RCAAID.
  • Request translation, uploading French elements and creating the Initial NCU
  • Work closely with Parts Technical, Parts Logistics, Warranty and Technical Assistance Services in the review of parts requirements and work instructions for each field campaign and determine parts/software availability.
  • Support FCL in ensuring that the defined recall process is followed accurately.
  • Submit recall documents to Federal agencies within the regulated timeframe including dealer bulletins (NCU), customer letters, work instructions and VIN lists.
  • Prepare customer letters (Interim & Final) and News Channel Updates and request translations.
  • Upload data to NetStar and Xentry portal
  • Support the Field Campaign team in the development of R-CAAID (as necessary). Assist with R-CAAID enhancements and tickets.

  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in Arts, Science or related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Computer skills - proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail and highly driven to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Good understanding of legal topics and strong ability to work with regulations
  • Strong business acumen, fluency in German and/or French language is an asset
