A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury resource to manage and analyze the financial activities at PwC. In this role, you will be required to analyze and interpret financial data, prepare treasury reports and analytical documents, generate cash forecasts, and develop effective cash management strategies. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate attention to detail, be proficient in Data Analysis Software, and be able to understand integration between different PwC platforms with banking or credit card service portals.Purpose-led work you’ll be part ofAs a Finance Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• The Finance Manager will be overseeing day-to-day financial activities
• Documenting transactions and updating ledgers and financial databases
• Analyzing and interpreting financial data
• Preparing financial forecasts for expenses and loan estimations
• Assist with developing cash management, investment, and risk mitigation strategies
• The Finance Manager will be providing financial advice on investments, loans, and liabilities
• Preparing and presenting regular treasury reports, budgets, financial documents, and strategies to management
• Implementing financial policies and procedures
• Maintaining financial management systems
• Ensuring that PwC is in compliance with all financial and legal regulations
• The Finance Manager will be responsible for the supervision of 2-3 staff to oversee operations of the department

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

• Experience as a treasury analyst, including supervision of bank reconciliations
• Well-versed in accounting concepts in order to book various cash-related transactions
• Understanding of other cash-related terms such as Anti-money laundering, types of electronic funds for domestic and international transactions, Letter of Credit and FX evaluation
• Experience with financial management systems, such as Oracle, SAP, as well as Cash Management Portals
• Good computer skills with programs such as MS Excel, Access, and Power BI
• Knowledge of VBA and Python would be an asset
• Experience in dealing with Trading desks for Loans or Investments
• Experience with Trust account reconciliation and reporting
• Sound knowledge of financial controls in large corporate environment
• Strong financial and mathematical abilities
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
