We have put in place many measures to ensure the efficiency of our staffing process and our plan for integrating new employees in virtual mode (we deliver all the necessary equipment for teleworking).Department : SWIFTType of employment : Full-Time, PermanentManager : Director, Swift InfrastructureWork Address : 4, Place Ville-Marie, Suite 400 (Telecommuting during COVID-19)Position OverviewExpertus, an IBM Company, is looking for a Fircosoft technical analyst to ensure the smooth execution of Fircosoft projects by following the best practices recommended by Fircosoft. The person hired will also be responsible for the design and execution of level 1 and 2 projects on Fircosoft environments, and provide level 1 support.Expertus, an IBM company is a Montreal-based fintech company specializing in end-to-end digital payments, to help clients address the aging payments infrastructures used by banks, credit unions, regulatory agencies and large corporations. The acquisition strengthens IBMs portfolio as an end-to-end payments platform solution provider, further advancing IBMs hybrid cloud and AI strategy.Main responsibilities

• Carry out the analysis and the planification related to the implementation and upgrading of our software packages
• Install, upgrade and Level 1 troubleshooting of Fircosoft application
• Help the operation in OS upgrade for the task related to Fircosoft environment.
• Help on onboarding new clients
• Plan, execute, monitor, and integrate specific technical projects on the technological and application infrastructures of Expertus customers or the organization.
• Write and maintain the documentation required for the administration and operations of servers and technical solutions.
• Organize and deliver training sessions to customers and employees of Expertus. Actively participate in security tightening initiatives issued by the internal security team;
• Participate in tests as well as failovers in the event of Disaster recovery

• Stay up to date with technological developments through continuing education according to Fircosoft requirements.
• Participate in the production of SWIFT / Firco components on the environments of Expertus customers according to the companys good change practices.
• Be on call rotation after hours to support Fircosoft environement

• University degree in computer science or other relevant field of study;
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Fircosoft continuity, Firco Multilist manager, Firco Multilaws
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Windows and Unix
• Knowledge of the banking sector and SWIFT (asset)
• Autonomy, leadership, problem solving, team spirit and the ability to work under pressure;
• Be interested in cloud projects, especially participate in Swift migration projects in the cloud;
• Be interested in learning about new IBM products.
• A clear credit check is a requirement for this role
