Job Description

The Boulevard Club is renowned for its truly exceptional year-round sports, fitness and social programming for all ages. Smoking is prohibited on all The Boulevard Club property and premises, inside and outside of the building, including the grounds and the parking lot area.Job OverviewSpecific duties would include, but are not limited to:
  • Coach and supervise the gym floor.
  • Assist with gym front desk reception duties as required.
  • Promote fitness events, classes and personal training to members.
  • Help to facilitate group exercise classes both in person and online via Zoom.
  • Design customized fitness programs for members.
  • Conduct fitness appraisals and gym orientations.
  • Perform punctual opening and closing of the facility following appropriate security procedures.
  • Attend staff meetings.
Job Qualifications:
  • A degree or diploma within Fitness or related field and/or equivalent experience; experience in private club is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
