The FP&A Manager will work independently and cross-functionally, aligning product, engineering, sales, and operations to ensure that everyone is aligned with our objectives.What You'll Do:Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processRefine financial mode, methodologies, and KPI metrics to measure and improve financial performanceAnalyze, update, and communicate business results/trendsPerform ad hoc analyzes and support product/customer pricing strategiesDevelop and deliver monthly budget to actual cross-functional reports, analyzes, and presentationsWhat You Bring:5-8 years of experience, with at least 4 years of direct FP&A experienceMBA, graduate degree, or professional credentials such as a CA/CMA/CGA/CPA or CFA is a plusCandor, genuine desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a cohesive work environmentOutstanding communication skills (verbal and written)Collaborative with peers, member of management, and cross-functional teamsA self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a demanding, fast-paced, cross-functional work environmentAbility to demonstrate mastery of financial and accounting concepts, analytical skills, and financial modeling and excelMust be able to think through complex problems, rapidly changing requirements, and ambiguous/partially-defined data setsAbility to work independently, seek assistance from multiple sources when encountering issues
