Job Description

FP amp;A Manager About Us: Our client, a leading consulting firm, is seeking an experienced FP amp;A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.Position Summary: The FP amp;A Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with senior management to achieve financial objectives.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
  • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze key business drivers and provide insights to senior management.
  • Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • CPA/CGA/MBA designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
