Job Description

Title: Freelancer Reports to: Director of Sales and EducationStatus: Part TimeLocation: TorontoThe RoleShani Darden Skin Care is looking for a skilled sales and customer service expert to join our team. This role will play an essential role in representing Shani Darden’s brand voice and brand personality in field, particularly in Sephora doors across Toronto.The right candidate will have a deep passion for skincare and customer service. They will have the ability to engage clients in an authentic way, ensuring consistency in brand tone and voice when servicing. They are self-motivated, goal-oriented and driven to work in a fast-paced environment with a rapidly growing brand.What You’ll Do

  • Inform and excite clients on the key benefits of Shani Darden Skin Care to promote skin health
  • Establish trust and build relationships with Beauty Advisors, Store Leadership, and clients
  • Execute events, promotions, and new product launches with excitement and positivity
  • Listen attentively when interacting with clients and recommend the best products to meet their needs
  • Meet and exceed daily sales goals by providing best-in-class customer service
  • Re-stock product shelves and keep service areas clean and sanitized
  • Apply products on client’s when appropriate and permitted
  • Conduct on-demand trainings to ensure store employees are knowledgeable and confident in promoting Shani Darden Skin Care

Education & Skills
  • 1-2 years working for a beauty brand in retail stores
  • Ideally has Sephora experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to adopt brand’s voice and personality when selling
  • Ability to work efficiently on their own and with teammates
